Our Leadership
Kyle McClellan
President/Chairman
Kyle played Major League Baseball for 12 years. While playing for his hometown team, he realized the importance of using his platform to better others and his community. While in the MLB, he was actively involved in the MLB Players union as a representative and contributed to many causes off the field. Upon his retirement from the MLB, Kyle had the inspiration to create a public non-profit to help youth locally and internationally. Brace for IMPACT 46 was then established.
Bridget McClellan
Executive Director
After earning her Business degree, Bridget started a career in advertising. She retired to take on the ever-changing baseball life with Kyle and raise their family. She’s always had a heart for serving and has spearheaded many fundraising events within Kyle’s career. Bridget owns a home-based business while she and Kyle manage Brace for IMPACT 46 and raise their two children, Olivia & Rhett together.
Estevenson Coleman
Program Manager
Estevenson, who was born in Haiti, lost his parents at an early age. He and his sister, Widelande, lived in an orphanage until 2009 when they were adopted and moved to St. Louis. Estevenson excelled in his new life in the U.S., receiving a high school education and making first team all-state in soccer his senior year. He went on to get his associate’s degree in international business from St. Charles Community College and his bachelor’s degree in non-profit administration from Lindenwood University.
Volunteering has been a huge part of Estevenson’s life: he interned for Ambassadors Football, where he continues to coach a team of 10- and 11-year-old boys; he taught kids internet safety and the dangers of bullying through his work with the Megan Meier Foundation; and he volunteered for Ronald McDonald House Charities as a translator for a Haitian family. Estevenson has been involved with Brace for Impact 46 for several years, and became a full-time program manager in January 2018. His dream for Brace for Impact 46 is to continue to see growth in the communities we serve. He is proud to help over 40 children receive shelter, food, clothing, education, and more, and loves to see the impact the organization has made for tens of thousands of people.
