Our Leadership

Kyle McClellan

President/Chairman

Kyle spent 12 years playing Professional Baseball. During his time with his hometown team, he recognized the significance of leveraging his platform to positively impact others and his community. While he was a pitcher in Major League Baseball, he served as a representative in the MLB Players Union and supported various causes off the field. After retiring from the MLB, Kyle was inspired to establish a public non-profit organization aimed at assisting youth both locally and globally. Thus, Brace for IMPACT 46 was founded.

Playfully referred to as our “Chief Volunteer,” he is deeply engaged in the organization. His commitment and enthusiasm are invaluable, proving that passion often outweighs financial compensation.

He is actively engaged with the St. Louis Cardinals as an alumnus, participating in various appearances and speaking events. Additionally, he hosts a baseball chat podcast named The Chattersbox for the Cardinals.

When he’s not volunteering for BFI46 or working with the Cardinals, you can still catch him on the field coaching baseball and softball for his children’s teams.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Bridget enjoys a fulfilling family life with her husband, Kyle, and their two children, Olivia and Rhett. When she’s not busy with her responsibilities at the organization or engaging in community service, you can often find Bridget in her car, expertly juggling her children’s busy schedules as she drives them to various sports and activities.
